The Coordinator of Behavior Services - Adult Services is responsible
for overseeing the implementation of individualized behavior support plans and programming in Crystal Springs, Inc.'s day habilitation, residential, and behavioral services. The role includes training staff, conducting assessments, ensuring plan fidelity, supervising Behavior Specialists and other behavioral staff, and maintaining compliance with local and national standards. The Coordinator collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and provides data-informed input to drive positive behavioral change and overall service quality.
