We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable products across the backend and frontend. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with the client, contribute to technical decisions, and deliver features from design through deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Contribute to architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering best practices
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and developer tooling
- Based in Brazil or New York, USA
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Python expertise
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Strong JavaScript/Type Script experience with React, Vue, or Angular
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and SQL
- Experience with an ORM such as Django ORM or SQL Alchemy
- Proficiency with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud infrastructure
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, testing, and system design
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
