About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness as a Weekend Closer! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about fitness and customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and ready for members at closing time.

* Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.

* Assist with membership sign-ups and inquiries.

* Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

* Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues.

* Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.

* Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.

* Enforce gym policies and procedures to ensure member safety.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Basic math skills for cash handling.

* Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

* Availability to work weekends and closing shifts.

* Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
