PositionNight Fuel Dispatcher
Our client is looking for a Night Fuel Dispatcher to work full time in their West Bridgewater, MA location. You will serve as a communication point for our truck drivers. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and must be able to multi-task as well as take appropriate action with little supervision.

Responsibilities- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pick-up times.
- Review driver’s logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.
- Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of Transportation Dispatching experience is required. 1 year of Fuel Dispatching experience is preferred.
- Experience with Transportation Management Software is a plus.
- Knowledge of applicable transportation regulations and laws.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
