Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Lead / Quality Check associate to support warehouse quality operations in Westminster, MA. In this role, you will lead day-to-day QC activities
, inspect product throughout the warehouse flow (incoming, stored, outbound), and help drive inventory accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
.

• At least 6 months of experience operating 4-foot or 8-foot ride-on electric pallet jacks is required. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Equipment experience that may satisfy this requirement can include (but isn’t limited to):

• Crown PE 4-Foot / 8-Foot Powered End Rider
• Reach Truck (including rotator attachment), Stock Picker
• Rider Pallet Jack or equivalent powered industrial trucks

• Lead and coordinate daily quality control (QC) activities
• Inspect incoming, stored, and outbound products
• Verify product accuracy, quantities, labeling, packaging, and documentation
• Conduct warehouse process audits and inventory audits
• Investigate discrepancies, damages, and non-conformance issues
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain QC records, reports, and required documentation
• Train and coach warehouse associates on quality procedures and expectations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
• Use warehouse systems to track and report quality metrics
• Partner with warehouse leadership to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy

• 1–3 years of quality control, warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required
• Prior lead/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents and reports
• Inventory control and/or warehouse management system experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, carrying, pushing/pulling, and lifting/lowering
• Frequent stooping/bending; may work at heights up to 20 feet
• Warehouse environment with frequently changing temperatures
