Warehouse Packer / Order Picker (1st Shift) — Westminster, MA

Schedule:

1st shift, Monday–Friday (approx. 6:00 AM–3:00 PM)

Pay: $19.75/hour

Job Summary

The Warehouse Packer / Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment
. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Pick products according to customer orders and work instructions
Verify item numbers, quantities, and destinations
Pack items securely and accurately for shipment
Inspect products/packaging for damage or discrepancies
Apply labels and shipping documentation correctly
Use packaging equipment/materials such as weighing, wrapping, banding, and labeling tools
Stage completed orders for shipping
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety, quality, and productivity procedures
Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts as needed
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Equipment You May Use (Examples)

Ride-on electric pallet jack (4-foot/8-foot)
Crown PE end rider (4-foot/8-foot)
Reach truck / stock picker (as assigned)
Other equivalent powered industrial trucks as determined by site operations

Qualifications

Warehouse, picking/packing, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic math skills
Able to stand/walk, reach/bend, and lift throughout the shift
Team-oriented and dependable in a production environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Frequent standing and walking
Reaching, bending, stooping, carrying, pushing, pulling
May involve changing temperatures and typical warehouse conditions
