We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and theologically grounded leader to oversee the Young Adult ministry across all seven CenterPoint campuses, with a primary focus on our broadcast campus in Massapequa. This role serves young adults ages 18–29, leading both midweek discipleship gatherings and our Sunday night service, which draws heavily from this age group.

We currently have 75+ young adults actively involved midweek, and we believe this ministry has tremendous potential for continued growth and impact across Long Island.

• Lead and disciple young adults (18–29) at our broadcast campus and support young adult ministry at all campuses
• Oversee the Sunday night service and midweek community gatherings for young adults
• Develop a culture of mission, spiritual formation, and biblical engagement
• Have a regular relational presence on local college campuses (Hofstra, Adelphi, and Nassau Community College)
• Plan and lead retreats, events, and outreach opportunities to deepen community
• Teach quarterly during weekend services and contribute to other teaching environments as needed
• Collaborate with the Massapequa pastoral team to serve the wider church body

As a pastor at CenterPoint Church, you are expected to:

• Maintain an active and growing relationship with Jesus
• Preach and teach as needed
• Counsel and shepherd church members
• Contribute to the broader ministry of the church through teamwork and servant leadership
• Officiate weddings, funerals, and other pastoral functions
• Be energetic, quick-paced, organized, and flexible
• Lead with a humble, welcoming, and mission-minded presence
• Engage relationally with the local community and campuses

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Strong teaching and communication gifts
• Proven ability to lead in a multi-site, fast-paced ministry environment
• Experience working with young adults or college students preferred
