As the company continues to expand, they’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Controller to take ownership of core financial operations and serve as a key partner to the VP of Finance. This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role where your expertise will directly influence performance, stability, and long-term growth.

In this role, you’ll guide the financial heartbeat of the organization. Your responsibilities will span a broad range of high-impact areas, including:

• Leading the preparation of accurate, timely monthly and year-end financial statements
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and ensuring strong cash-flow management
• Applying your knowledge of inventory costing to support product and margin analysis
• Managing and processing bi-weekly payroll
• Serving as the primary contact for the external accounting firm
• Overseeing and negotiating insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage
• Staying current with evolving accounting laws and regulations
• Preparing and reviewing monthly commission reports
• Supporting employee onboarding and benefits administration
• Assisting with annual budget development and financial planning
• Collaborating seamlessly across departments and serving as a trusted partner to leadership

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded financial professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting required;
  Master’s preferred
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• 5–20 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
• Exposure to international operations a plus
• Proficiency with SAP B1 preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan
