Catholic Health is looking for a reliable and organized Practice Support Associate to support the daily operations of our physician offices. This front‑line role ensures smooth patient flow and provides outstanding service both in‑person and over the phone.

• Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
• Prepare charts and handle physician correspondence
• Verify insurance, obtain referrals and authorizations
• Assist patients with check‑in, forms, and general questions
• Ensure timely and accurate administrative support to clinical staff

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s degree or health‑care‑related training preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
• Comfortable using and troubleshooting basic office equipment
