Home Health Aide (HHA/PCA) – Immediate Openings in Long Island with Alvita Care.

Alvita Care is a mission-driven Home Healthcare & Personal Care Agency with multiple locations, providing in-home care services to clients. This role involves working with private-pay clients and requires compassionate, reliable care with a focus on dignity and respect.

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes (ADLs and IADLs as applicable).
• Coordinate with clients and families to ensure safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Eligible for various shifts including live-in, evenings, weekends, and day shifts; flexible and consistent scheduling as available.
• Participate in on-boarding and ongoing training as required.

• Must have a valid HHA / PCA certificate.
• Must reside in or be willing to drive within areas such as Massapequa, East Meadow, and Farmingdale.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them.
• Driver is a plus.

• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check).
• Medical / health benefits available.
• Sick time – up to 56 hours per year based on hours worked.

• Competition-friendly compensation rates: $19.10–$21.00 per hour (rates may vary by location).
