Compensation: $21–$25/hour, based on experience

Join Our Growing Psychiatry Practice! We are a busy and compassionate psychiatry practice seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about supporting mental health care.

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls, scheduling, and appointment confirmations
• Verify insurance
• Appointment reminder calls
• Collect copayments and assist with billing processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Other clerical duties as assigned to support the smoother operation of the practice

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree encouraged
• 12 years of experience in a medical office setting required
• Familiarity with eClinical
  
  Works (ECW) is a strong plus
• Medical Assistant (MA) experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, professional, and detail oriented
• Tech Savy
