Male HHAs are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
• Valid New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Current physical exam (within the past year)
• Valid PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON test, or chest X‑ray (within the past 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)
• Driver’s license preferred
