• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in inventory management and organizational skills
• Ability to train and develop staff effectively
• Financial oversight and goal‑setting abilities
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Education:
  
  A degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts is a plus

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
