We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and well‑mannered Porter to create and maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents.

You will be required to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our community’s common areas, including bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, the parking lot, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors, and all other public areas. You will often come into contact with residents, resident families, other guests, and team members, and we expect you to maintain a friendly, courteous, and positive attitude at all times.

In this role you will clean assigned common areas in accordance with the guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping, assist the Director when needed, and may be called upon for special cleaning projects or snow removal. You must be able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).

• An upbeat, friendly, pleasant, and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management
• Consistent, reliable, and thorough with all cleaning practices
• Excellent at providing cleaning services in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience providing cleaning services in the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus
• Prior experience working with a senior population is preferred
• Ability to communicate in English
