• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
• Ability to stand during shifts
• Compliance with local or company Covid-19 policies
• Maintain clean and short nails for food safety
• Hair kept in a manner suitable for a hair net or cap
• Previous experience is preferred but not necessary

• Help craft cookies at each stage from preparation to packaging
• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Follow recipes for dough, frosting, toppings, and glazes
• Portion dough into consistent balls for baking
• Arrange cookies on baking sheets
• Apply toppings as per weekly specials
• Box customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service: greeting, answering questions, taking orders and payments, making recommendations
• Maintain clean work spaces and restock supplies
• Prepare signature pink boxes
• Create memorable connections with guests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Train and coach team members
• Handle opening and closing registers, cash deposits
• Address customer issues and employee disputes

• Days:
  Monday through Saturday
• Weekly hours: 30+ hours
• Shifts from afternoon to closing
• Pay: $16 - $19/hour (including tips)

• At least 1 year in restaurant/food industry management (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Serv Safe Food Handlers Certification (preferred, will pay for certification if needed)

• Lift packages 10-55 lbs
• Stand for entire shift
• Climb ladders

• Provided Crumbl shirts and hats
• Black pants and sneakers
• No jewelry

• Knowledge of proprietary Crumbl platform, Apple products, and communication tools preferred but not required

• Own operational aspects
• Train staff
• Monitor standards and quality
• Create schedules and manage sales and labor costs
• Enforce policies and handle disputes
• Interact with customers and resolve issues
• Assist in various roles as needed
