ROLE DESCRIPTION

Do you like helping people? As an Account Associate for our agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. This is a sales and customer service position. If you are outgoing, honest, hardworking, and dependable, we would like to speak with you. The ideal candidate has their insurance license(s) in good standing and is comfortable selling and servicing customer accounts, and works well as part of a team.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Room for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
