This role offers a 7 on / 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, providing both stability and an outstanding work-life balance.

• Open ICU Procedures are not required but helpful; must be comfortable with vent management

• Competitive Compensation: $327K - $382K annually ($1,800 - $2,100 per 12-hour shift W2)

• Annual $25K Stipend for benefits, PTO, 401(k), and more

• Lower-volume, consistent shifts with flexible scheduling
