Position Overview Seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform a wide range of general ultrasound procedures in a busy community hospital environment. The technologist will scan patients across all age groups and assist with both routine and invasive ultrasound-guided procedures. Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience (community hospital experience required)

Certifications:

Required:

ARDMS, BLS Preferred: ARRT (S), RDMS (AB, OB,  , Peds), RVT Licensure:
Active New York State License (must be in hand at submission) Local Candidates:
Not accepted — must live 50+ miles from facility First-Time Travelers:
Accepted Clinical Details Patient Population:
Pediatric through adult Common Exams: OB, Abdominal, DVT, Carotids, Breast, and General Ultrasound procedures Invasive Procedures:
Thoracentesis and Paracentesis performed regularly Work Setting:
Primarily outpatient
