Customer Service Representative

National Fitness Partners is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Massillon, OH location. The role combines a passion for fitness with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating a judgement‑free experience for all members.

• Full‑time position.
• Starting pay: $12.00 per hour.
• Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, then every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 7 am – 3 pm.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones courteously and follow the information script.
• Greet members, facilitate sign‑ups, conduct club tours, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
