Funeral Home, At Paquelet, we believe every family deserves compassionate care during one of life's most important moments. We are looking for a caring, dependable, and service-minded individual to join our Massillon, OH team as a Family Support Staff member.

• Assist funeral directors and staff during visitations, funeral services, and memorial gatherings.
• Welcome and guide families and guests throughout the funeral home.
• Help prepare chapels, visitation rooms, vehicles, and service areas.
• Drive company vehicles as needed and assist with transportation-related duties.
• Run business-related errands throughout the Massillon area, including deliveries, supply pickups, and other operational needs.
• Transport flowers, service items, personal belongings, and other materials necessary for services.
• Answer phones, assist visitors, and provide general support to funeral home operations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and family-ready facility and grounds.

• A compassionate, professional, and dependable team player.
• Someone who enjoys helping people and making a positive impact.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and assist with physical duties related to funeral service operations.
