Hands‑On Controller – Finance + HR Lead
A growing, family‑oriented manufacturer of premium solid surface products is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead Finance + HR and support operational excellence.
Base Pay Range: $/yr - $/yr
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years progressive accounting/finance with leadership experience
- Manufacturing or construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong GAAP, cost accounting & internal controls knowledge
- Ability to lead a small team and collaborate cross‑functionally
- Proficiency with Quick Books/ERP & Excel
- Previous experience overseeing any HR functions is a plus
- Oversee all accounting functions (GL, AP/AR, payroll, reporting)
- Prepare monthly financials, budgets, forecasts & variance analysis
- Manage cash, banking, credit, job costing & inventory accounting
- Maintain internal controls & GAAP compliance
- Lead HR: payroll/benefits, recruiting, onboarding & employee relations
- Partner with leadership on performance, culture & operations
