• A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
• Proven leadership experience in a salon or similar environment.
• Commitment to ongoing education.
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners and styling products.
