Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our Direct Support Provider organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client care and operational excellence. • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of DSP staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members
• Address patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to team activities and patient care

• Proven experience in DSP supervision or team leadership
• Strong understanding of healthcare practices, regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Relevant healthcare certification or degree preferred

• One year of Full time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience in the provision of specialized services;
• Has at least one year full time Supervision of Employees
• Development oversight and/or supervisions of programs or services; and
• Financial management of an organization
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university;or Four years of full-time (or equivalent part time) paid work experience as a supervisor of specialized services.

Hybrid work environment:
Works in a quiet corporate office setting with assigned desk spaces and minimal background noise. Fifty percent of time will be spent working remote/on location with DSP’s/Client’s. Locations may be quiet homes with minimal noise or busy shopping areas with multiple distractions, fluctuating environmental temperatures, varying outdoor terrains, and variable noise levels

• Sitting: 20% Must be able to sit at a desk or in a vehicle
• Standing: 20% Must be able to stand for long periods of time if required by the IID’s needs.
• Lifting: 20% Must be able to lift up to xxx lbs.
• Bending: 20% Must be able bend or reach with flexibility to assist IID’s if needed.
• Pushing: 20% As needed and/or required by the job or IID/s needs.

Vision: correctable, able to see clearly, to read and write, and operate a motor vehicle

Speaking: must speak fluent English
