Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shift Positions

Join Real Truck, Inc. as a Maintenance Technician on the 2nd or 3rd shift at the Massillon, OH plant.

This position is located at the Massillon, OH plant.

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 pm – 2:00 am;
  Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 9:00 pm – 7:00 am.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Repairing assembly equipment.
• Completing preventative maintenance.
• Responding to work requests across the facility.
• Creating special tools to assist production.
• Rebuilding machines, tools and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment to determine repairs needed.

Education and Experience Needed

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 1‑3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Basic fluid power experience (pneumatic & hydraulic) is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Basic welding experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
