From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

• A – Day Shift: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
• C – Day Shift: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)

• Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the training curriculum as an operator learning aspects of plastic extrusion line operations while completing assigned duties required for certification.
• Transfer finished rolls of film from an extrusion line.
• Package/label the rolls per customer specifications.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Remove scrap.
• Stock production/packaging areas with necessary materials.

Essential

Qualifications:

• Must be able to operate a stand‑up and sit‑down forklift; load‑trailing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2‑5 years of plastic extrusion experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Starting Salary:

• Wages ranging from $17.50+ per hour, dependent upon experience.
