From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

• B – Night Shift: 8:00pm - 8:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays) – 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule.

• Perform duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the training curriculum as an operator learning aspects of plastic extrusion line operations while completing assigned duties required for certification.
• Transfer finished rolls of film from an extrusion line.
• Package/label the rolls per customer specifications.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Remove scrap.
• Stock production/packaging areas with necessary materials.

• Must have experience operating a stand-up and sit-down forklift; load-trailing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

• 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• Wages ranging from $17.50+ per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
