Tower Industries is a national leading manufacturer of Solid Surface showers, bath accessories, and more. We are seeking a motivated, energetic person to join our manufacturing team!

Responsibilities

• Sands solid surface fabricated pieces, panels and small shapes using both sanding machines and hand sanders
• Measures and inspects finished fabricated pieces or panels for conformance to quality requirements
• Prepares fabricated pieces for shipment to customer, including labeling in accordance with customer requirements or internal procedures
• Notifies management of sanding equipment that is need of repair
• Will cross train in other areas of solid surface manufacturing as well

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or construction
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with simultaneous deadlines
• Ability to think on your feet, by assessing, planning and strategic troubleshooting
• Self-motivated and driven
• Experience with machinery and/or hand tools a plus
