Corrugator Stacker Operator -2nd or 3rd Shift

• Works as part of the production crew with a main focus on preparing the machine for the production run, according to the customer order.
• Watch belts, lifts, and tracks for nonconforming products and/or other related problems.
• Perform PM and housekeeping duties as detailed in equipment specific instruction.
• Assists with running orders when the machine is ready by watching the run continue smoothly and without problem. If a problem arises—such as machine failure, product quality is not to standard, or a shortage of paper—this individual notifies the operator of the problem and may need to work with management, maintenance, and other company employees to fix the issue.
• Place top and bottom pads on units. Place cross pads down when needed.
• Complete maintenance work orders as necessary.
• Follow all OSHA requirements and facility safety rules.
• Works with various production machines and basic tools such as tape measure and safety cutter.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
• Must be willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• 1+ year of experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

• Starting salary for position: $22.29 per hour.
• Bonus:
  Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro‑rated vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
