Shearer’s Foods, Inc. in Massillon, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator
- Unloader/Production Puller to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will load and unload docked trailers, pull and ship customer orders, and help build pallets while maintaining accuracy and safety.
We require 2 years of stand-up/reach lift experience, ability to lift 50–60 pounds, and willingness to work weekends and overtime. WMS experience is a plus, and reliability is essential for our production flow.
