Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Nights

Meadow Wind located in Massillon, Ohio is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our NIGHT SHIFT team! • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to the attending physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
• Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain quality care.

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Excellent clinical skills with a focus on compassionate and patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays
