We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to join our skilled nursing facility in Massillon, OH
. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with a passion for quality care, teamwork, and operational success.

Location: Massillon, OH
Schedule: Full-Time

• Oversee and manage all nursing department operations to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve clinical and operational goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (DON or ADON experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and survey processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
