• Supervises nursing care provided by RN, LPN, CNA and other staff.
• Reviews and implements all nursing procedures and systems.
• Assesses and evaluates systems that facilitate delivery of quality guest care and staff performance.
• Uses systematic approach in nursing process to provide individualized care.
• Contributes to guest assessments (MDS/CAA) and development/implementation of plan of care.
• Evaluates guests’ responses to nursing interventions.
• Understand rational for medication use and administer as needed.

• Current state nursing licensure required.
• Current CPR certification; additional nursing specialty certification desired.
• Management or supervisory experience in long‑term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
