Comm Quest seeks full-time and part-time LPN Staff Nurses for our 12-bed Detox services located in Massillon, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by our Medical Director to assist clients through withdrawal management.

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans including assisting admission to detox unit
• Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan
• Document nursing care via EHR
  . Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
• Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care.
• All other duties as assigned

Detox Services:
Dayshift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Must have availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
• Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
• Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is highly desired
• Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
