Requires the professional knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize and provide clinical services within the nursing department to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN will deliver patient care in accordance with current state and federal regulations and work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN school of nursing
• Current licensure in the state of Ohio
