GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their Massillon, OH team on a direct hire basis. This role leads a second-shift crew of technicians responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of diesel and alternative-fuel trucks, containers, heavy equipment, and shop machinery.
You will plan and schedule repairs, coach technicians, monitor performance, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
