• Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs
• Motivate residents to participate and ensure safety during events
• Report resident concerns to the nursing team
• Keep activity attendance records
• Decorate the community for holidays and seasonal celebrations
• Support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in long‑term care is a plus but not required
• Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge

• Full‑time position
• Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
