Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Azure Entra , and Windows environments
- Configure and maintain desktops, servers, mobile devices, and network components (Sonic Wall, switches, VPNs)
- Manage and troubleshoot backups (Datto, Carbonite, Azure) and endpoint security solutions
- Support and administer Active Directory, group policies, and user permissions
- Leverage Connect Wise (Manage, Automate, Control) or similar tools for ticketing, monitoring, and remote access
- Diagnose and remediate malware, viruses, and security vulnerabilities
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of MSP experience
- Strong Windows desktop/server skills with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
- Knowledge of firewalls, backup solutions, and endpoint protection tools
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or collaborate
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
