Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $/yr
We’re partnering with a leading national company seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support their in-house legal team. This role focuses on managing large volumes of documentation for complex construction-related cases. It’s a great opportunity for someone coming from a law firm who’s looking for more balance and stability in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities- Manage and organize large document collections for litigation cases
- Assist attorneys through all stages of the litigation process
- Gather and compile case information from internal systems and applications
- Prepare exhibits, summaries, and case files for hearings and proceedings
- Maintain tracking logs and ensure documentation accuracy across cases
- Collaborate with internal departments to support case preparation
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree with relevant paralegal experience
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience (law firm or corporate legal department)
- Strong document management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple cases
- Proficiency with legal databases and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in construction or real estate litigation
- Prior exposure to large document management systems or discovery platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
