What You’ll Do- Lead your team using our 5‑step sales method
- Drive sales: memberships, upgrades, product upsells
- Deliver outstanding guest service
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff
- Handle payroll, scheduling, and inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, well‑functioning spa
- Represent and uphold the Soleil Tans luxury brand
- 3+ years sales/retail management experience
- Nights & weekends availability
- Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills
- Hands‑on, team‑driven work style
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Apps
