Manage all aspects of the Retail Branch including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all regulatory and operation policies and procedures. Develop and implement an annual plan and strategies to increase branch profit, growth, and customer retention. Commit to active involvement in local community organizations. Provide leadership to Branch staff in the execution of branch growth plan.
