Assistant Spray Technician

• Team Support: Assist the spray technician with daily tasks, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Physical Duties: Safely load buckets and equipment and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Field Operations: Spray properties using a hand-pump backpack sprayer and help set up flags to mark treatment areas.
• Reliable Communication: Be dependable, reliable, and maintain strong communication with team members and supervisors.

• Wage Progression:
• $18-$21 hour

• Advancement in compensation is promoted based on performance

• Experience: A background in outdoor work, pest control, landscaping, or a related field is a plus.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
