But it offers something unique. Alternate Ending is welcoming to families as well as craft beer lovers thirsty for the limited edition and the novelty glass. Friends can gather here for a special private party, and movie lovers can catch an old flick.

Alternate Ending Beer Co. is seeking an experienced bartender to help run the taproom beer and liquor program of this versatile business. We are looking for someone who has expertise with craft beer as well as full cocktail bar service, and management experience. The ideal candidate should be energetic and excited about coming on-board a rapidly growing business to help manage a dynamic team of individuals.

This person should be adept at thinking outside the box to help us grow the business and continue to market our product and our bar as one of the best in the area.

• Follow recipe specifications in preparation to mix, garnish, and safely serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the bar area.
• Basic knowledge of beer, food, wine and spirits is required -> intensive craft beer training both pour and knowledge will be given.
• Ring in food and drink orders into our point of sales computer, collect money, and make change.
• Must be able to act and think quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.
• Physical strength to carry food, plates, buss bins, utensils, and cases of beer.
• Maintain cleanliness of entire bar.
• Tend bar 2-4 shifts/week.
• May work additional shifts during times of transition and vacation.
• When needed, attend mandatory bar trainings or bar cleanings.

• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 25-50lbs.
• Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears; uses hands, reaches with hands and arms; occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, taste or smells.
• Environment/Noise:
  Occasionally works in extreme heat, wet or humid conditions;
  
  Noise level is moderate.
• Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.

Lines Of Communication:
This position reports to the bar manager, AGM, and/or GM.
