Accounts Administrator – Part time

Part time (Monday - Friday - 20 hours per week). Pay: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour DOE. Duration:
Temporary to Permanent position. Immediate start.

Responsibilities
  • Uploading invoices onto Sage
  • Processing invoices
  • Carrying out statement reconciliations, bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Using Microsoft packages
  • Sending and responding to emails
Qualifications
  • Experience in administration
  • Confident in Microsoft packages
  • Ideally have previous experience working for a manufacturing, production or engineering business.
