We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a Lead Dental Nurse to our growing team at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics. This position has opened due to our current lead nurse stepping into a new role within the practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration
• Experience working in a dental practice
• A positive, flexible, and approachable personality
• A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and customer service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence in leading our nursing team and supporting all practice/management decisions, ensuring processes are followed thoroughly

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support our team of nurses, maintaining high clinical standards
• Ensure compliance with the latest CQC guidelines
• Assist with a range of procedures including cosmetic, implant, aesthetic, sedation, and general dentistry
• Organise and lead regular nurses’ meetings
• Contribute to smooth day‑to‑day operations both clinically and administratively
• Take on further leadership and management responsibilities when the practice manager is away

Hours: Between 32 – 40.25 hours per week (Part‑time or full‑time considered)

Location: Springmount Dental & Aesthetics, Chesterfield S40 4SW

Pay: From £14.77 per hour, depending on experience
