M  Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Matlock, Derbyshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Practice can offer an initial Locum period if desired.
• Full or part-time opportunity, 2-5 days per week.
• Surgery space Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
• Days and hours to be discussed.
• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.

• Flexible UDA allocation.
• £negotiable UDA value depending on experience.
• Private potential available, paid at a 50% split.
• Established, maintained patient list.
• Dentist will have Clinical freedom.
• Practice can offer joining incentives such as co-funding on postgraduate courses and joining bonuses.

• 5 surgery dental practice.
• Prime High Street location.
• Computerised / Digital X-Rays/Rotary Endo/ Intra Oral Cameras/ Itero Scanner.
• Excellent transport links.

• GDC registration.
• Active performer number.
• Valid DBS check.
