East Midlands Education Trust's Highfields in Matlock, Derbyshire, invites applications for a year manager within its pastoral team. This permanent, full-time position (37hrs per week, term-time only 39 weeks) begins September 2026.
The successful candidate will be a resourceful, inspirational practitioner ready to lead pastoral support. Highfields, part of EMET, supports around 1300 students with a proactive safeguarding culture and strong collaboration across the Trust.
