Pay Rate: £388.00 Per Day

• Oversee and manage the systems and processes related to SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) within the council.
• Ensure effective and efficient operation of all systems, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with SEND regulations and guidelines.
• Lead system upgrades and implementations to improve service and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within all systems related to SEND.

• Proven experience in managing systems within a public sector or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEND regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.

• Experience in project management and system implementation.
• Knowledge of the Derbyshire County Council's operational procedures.
• Background in information governance and data protection.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.
