Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to lead our leisure centre teams and ensure outstanding customer service, safety and cleanliness across our facilities.
The role is 37 hours per week (rota basis) with ongoing training and opportunities for career progression. You will actively manage and motivate staff, contribute to budget understanding and service delivery, and respond decisively to changing demands to keep facilities at the highest standard.
