We're looking for someone who can bring people together around a shared purpose and turn bold ideas into practical action. Part community organiser, part innovator and part facilitator, you’ll be comfortable building partnerships, securing support and creating the conditions for others to thrive.

You’ll work alongside local people, partners and funders to co-design activities, test inclusive governance approaches and create meaningful opportunities for people to shape priorities and play an active role in nature recovery.

Your work will help transform Common Farm into a thriving hub for nature, learning, wellbeing, green skills and community opportunity. In doing so, you’ll help create a model that can inspire and support similar hubs across Derbyshire. Creating stronger connections between people, place and nature.

What we can offer you

  • Electric bike and car salary‑sacrifice schemes available

  • Employee Assistance Programme

  • Life Assurance Scheme

  • Personalised Development programme designed to enhance your knowledge and progress your career

  • A multi‑disciplinary business, with opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, developing your experience and skills
