Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Head Chef to lead the Ostello Lounge kitchen. A hands-on leader who loves real cooking and team-building, you’ll drive high standards and a one-team culture across operations.
You’ll manage recruitment, training and development for KP, Chefs and Sous Chefs, maintaining GP, food safety and timely service. This is a great next step for an experienced hospitality head chef seeking growth.
